Can my employer decide not to match my contributions? Because my employer filed for extensions, I still have not received my 2008 match (dollar-for-dollar). I have continued to contribute to my plan throughout 2009. Unless I am notified otherwise, is my employer legally obligated to match all of my 401(k) contributions? |
