Can I invest money into an Individual 401k at my LLC, and save in excess of the revenues of that LLC? I have a FT job where I am not offered an employer sponsored retirement plan. I also do some consulting on the side and have an LLC set up for that. Can I establish an individual 401k at my LLC, "invest" my income into that LLC, and make contributions in excess of the revenues of the LLC? |

We just recently started a llc. we have a 401k that we would like to cash out and invest in our llc but would like to avoid the funds being taxed twice. is there any way to invest the money into our llc without having to report it as taxable income for the llc?
Currently i manage my 401k and is invested in sevral diferrent funds.
