Can i findout if there has ben any account activety on my 4o1k plan in the last year? Im trying to find out if my ex grilfrend of 13years. has some how taken my esap.(compiny owned stock).and or my 4o1k stock or benifits.if someone could please help me find out.or tell me how to find out i would be gratful. |

Our plan year runs from january to december 31. our summary plan description states that participants in the company's 401k will recieve company contributions for the plan year so long as they are "employed by the company on the last day of the plan year", or dec 31. these contributions...
Also, i may be in the 28% tax bracket. should i take the standard 20% deduction up front, or should i increase it to 28%? if i transfer my 401k plan to an ira account, will the amount of my total investments remain the same?
