Can I contribute to a different 401K if our plan is top heavy and I can not contribute the full amount for 2008? My company informs me that our plan is top heavy and I will not be able to contribute full amount or will have funds sent back to me. Can I contribute the remaining amount to a different 401K that I have from a previous job? |
