401K withdrawal time line? Fired from job 401k is with a bank. I requested withdrawal of 401k & filled out paperwork. The bank is saying that they cannot cut a check without the company filling out a release form. How long does the company or bank have to do the paperwork and cut a check. I have been 100% invested. The company that i worked for has been unstable so I do not want my money under their controll. |
